Listen very carefully to what others say of you: Perhaps you wake up, look in the mirror and don't like what you see. That fool in your head whispers "you are ugly," "you are dumb," or "you will never be anything more then you are." Then you go to work and you are praised as a hard worker, a great leader, or for being brilliant with your fellow cast mates. A friend sends you a text that reads "You are a good friend. Thanks for being there for me". You go out to dinner and the host compliments your stile. The staff thank you for being kind and friendly. After a long day you get home and it's just you, the day you've had, and the voice in your head. Who are you going to believe? The voice that is always putting you down and telling you that you aren't enough, or all the people in your life who believe you are capable of many great things? What would be so bad about excepting the truth about you? Strangers, co-workers, and dear friends can help you see when things get foggy. On days like this I always go back to a support team. I have words of affirmation written down or in my head from loved ones that I can always turn to when I need that reminder. It helps me change my thinking away from the lies and into the truths about myself. You can do it to. Change your thinking, Change your world.
